Conceptions Center happily welcomes international clients wishing to build their family through egg donation. We have worked with clients from all over the world including Australia,China, Japan, England, Mexico, New Zealand, Canada, Switzerland, Korea and Singapore.
Some useful information for international clients, who are considering traveling to the United States for treatment:
You will be required to travel to the medical facility for the embryo transfer. If fresh sperm is being used, a sample will need to be given on the day of the egg donors retrieval. It’s recommended to arrive 1-2 days prior to anticipated egg retrieval. The embryo transfer will take place 3-5 days after the egg retrieval. You will be provided with a detailed calendar outlining the dates of the IVF cycle and when travel will be necessary. Typically, you will be required to stay in the U.S. for approximately 10-14 days. You will be able to travel back home a few days after the embryo transfer and your post-transfer monitoring and pregnancy test can take place once you’ve returned home.
Conceptions Center will facilitate an agreement between you and your egg donor, which will outline the rights and responsibilities of both parties. Only after this agreement is fully executed does the IVF cycle commence.
Conceptions Center is Hawaii’s leading egg donor program and we have years of experience working with international clients. To help you feel more comfortable, we will provide routine updates and progress reports from the time you select an egg donor until well after the embryo transfer. Conceptions will work closely with you, your egg donor, your physician, and all parties involved to ensure a smooth process from start to finish.
